827P – Trastuzumab and pertuzumab in HER2 overexpressed / ERBB2 amplified, treatment refractory metastatic colorectal cancer: Merged data from patients treated in the DRUP, FINPROVE, IMPRESS-Norway and ProTarget trials
📅 Sunday, 25 October 2026
This work combines data from four national precision oncology initiatives across Europe, demonstrating how collaboration between molecular screening programs and clinical trial networks can generate valuable evidence for patients with rare molecular alterations.
The presented analysis focuses on patients with HER2-overexpressed or ERBB2-amplified treatment-refractory metastatic colorectal cancer, who received trastuzumab and pertuzumab. By combining datasets from the DRUP (Netherlands), FINPROVE (Finland), IMPRESS-Norway, and ProTarget (Denmark) studies, the collaboration provides important insights into treatment outcomes in this molecularly defined patient population.
